Bob was the geek that was featured in a series of Enzyte commercials a few years back. Bob had this perma-grin on his face (and so did his wife). It was left to the viewer to associate the grin on their faces with Bob’s use of Enzyte.

They also had a sponsored NASCAR for a while. I’m not a big NASCAR watcher so I don’t know if they still sponsor a car or not.
The commercials were funny. I think Cialis is currently running the same style of commercial.
